The officials only offered these plots for conversion for a limited time; the deadline for submitting an application was May 24, 2019, after which the society would require a 30% additional payment for conversion or reserving a new plot in this block.
Plots in the Executive Block are 30% more expensive than plots in the General Block, and those who seek to convert their plot after the deadline will now have to pay a higher price as well as a fixed fee.
